Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement. After 24 hours, cancellation is not guaranteed, especially if the order has already entered processing, packing, or shipment.

Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for eligible items. To qualify for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

How to Request a Return

To request a return, please contact us at support@zzzerofans.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We may ask for photos or additional information before approving the request.

Non-returnable Items

  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
  • Items that have been used, opened, damaged by the customer, or returned without original packaging
  • Digital or downloadable products
  • Opened blind box items, unless they arrived damaged or incorrect

Pre-order Items

Pre-order items may have different fulfillment timelines from in-stock items. Estimated timing will be shown on the product page whenever available. Shipping arrangements for mixed orders will be handled according to the product page instructions where applicable.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please email us at support@zzzerofans.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will review the case and offer a suitable solution where applicable.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the result by email. If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Processing time may vary depending on your payment provider.

Exchanges

We currently only offer exchanges for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect. If you believe your item qualifies, please contact us at support@zzzerofans.com.
